APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Apply
When you apply to the Sunnyside Farmers Market, you will need to provide essential information about your business and its operations. The application process includes filling out details about the owner, the business, your vendor category, the specific products you intend to sell and a $50 non-refundable application fee.
As part of your application, you will be required to upload the following documents:

Business licenses

A proof of insurance certificate with Yakima Eco Solutions LLC listed as a certificate holder

Food handler's cards (if applicable)

A complete list of products you wish to sell, including pictures
Prior to applying, please read our complete Vendor Contract to ensure you understand all guidelines and requirements. Gathering these materials in advance will help ensure a smooth application process. We look forward to welcoming you to the market!

2. Reserve Your Space & Pay
After your application has been approved, you will receive an invitation to reserve and pay for your spaces.
Each 10x10ft space for each market day is $40.
You can choose to reserve and pay for your space(s) all at once or do so gradually as you go along.
Please be aware that space may be limited, and reservations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure you secure your desired space, we encourage you to act promptly once you receive your approval.

3. Participate
After you have been approved and selected your space, we look forward to seeing you at the Sunnyside Farmers Market!
Please ensure you review the Vendor Contract in its entirety to understand what is expected of you, what you can expect from us, and how to report any violations.
The market hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM each Sunday, with set-up time beginning at 7am and clean-up beginning at 1pm.
Familiarizing yourself with the contract and market operations will help contribute to a successful experience for both you and our community.
