Residential Glass Recycling Pickup in the Yakima Valley

Glass does not belong in the trash, and most curbside programs will not take it. We do. And what happens to your glass after we collect it is one of the most interesting stories in local sustainability.

How We Collect Your Glass

Step 1:  Fill Your Box

Rinse your glass bottles, jars, and containers and place them in your designated glass recycling bin. We handle sorting from there.

Step 2: We Collect

Every month on your scheduled pickup day, we collect your glass from your curbside or designated pickup location.

Step 3: GrindIt Sorts for Highest and Best Use

We transport your glass to GrindIt, our specialized glass processing partner. GrindIt does not just crush everything into sand. They sort each load carefully to identify the highest and best use for every piece of glass, following a multifive-tier reuse model.
