If you're a business, contact us to make any changes.
For Residential Clients:
1. If you have an account, log in to make any changes
2. If you don't have an account, contact us to make any changes
What is my recycling day?
Your recycling day is determined by two factors:
1. Your subscription plan
2. Your service area
Visit our homepage to view the pick-up schedule here.
You will also receive a reminder email and text message the day before your recycling day.
Where do I put my bins for pick-up?
Where you normally put your garbage bin.
If you require specific accommodations, please contact us.
Do you have a drop-off location?
No. In order to honor our site permit we cannot accept drop-offs.
Other businesses and organizations do accept drop offs:
- for glass: Yakima Recycles Glass
- for cardboard & mixed paper: Michelson Packaging
- for aluminum & tin: Pacific Steel and Recycling
- for plastic bags: Fred Meyer, Kohl's and Safeway
How to use the YES Service Area Map
The Grey Area is our commercial service area.
The Colored Boxes are our Residential Pick-Up Zones
Zoom in and click on the zone that contains your home. A box will appear to show you what zone you are in and your pick-up day.
Do I have to create an account to subscribe?
Yes. This is so you can manage your subscription.
Can I have multiple addresses on one subscription?
No. One address per subscription. If you would like to explore options for multi-family units, please contact us.
Can I have multiple subscriptions on my account?
Yes. Multiple subscriptions may be managed from one account.
How do I change my bin size?
If you need a bigger or smaller bin, or more crates, no need to cancel or modify your account, simply contact us to submit a request. We will do our best to make the modification at your next scheduled pick-up.
Why don't you pick up plastic?
Yakima Eco Solutions LLC is committed to honoring our 100% recycling guarantee. That means we only work with local recyclers who can give us a physical, concrete, end product for all the materials we deliver to them.
Currently, there are no plastic recycling facilities in our area. However, Fred Meyer, Kohl's and Safeway serve as a drop-off location for plastic bags. For more information, visit https://nextrex.com/
